While every effort has been made to correct mistakes, the sizes, specifications or finish of listed equipment may change without prior notice.

DELIVERY CHARGES

There is a delivery charge of €40.00 per order.

WARRANTY

All our products come with a 1 year parts and labour warranty. This warranty excludes bulbs, tubes, breakables, baskets, shelves and glass.

WEEE

To comply with legislation which came into effect in January 2007 regarding waste electrical equipment, Caterex Ltd., are committed to contributing towards a safe and healthy environment.
When such products reach the end of their lifespan, they must be put into an appropriate recycling system by your own waste provider. Caterex can arrange proper disposal at a nominal fee to cover our expenses.

DAMAGED EQUIPMENT

Caterex Ltd. cannot accept any claims for goods signed for as being in good condition. However if goods are signed for as damaged, please notify our sales staff of this immediately.

SITE SURVEYS

Caterex strongly recommend a site survey if your are purchasing cold rooms, large equipment or any item that you feel may not be compatible with your existing gas, electricity, waste or water supply.

INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT

Caterex always recommend that you use an experienced professional engineer to install your new equipment. New laws regarding the installation of gas appliances came into force in January 2009.
